Booking terms
Your booking
A booking is confirmed only when payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email. Prices are final at the moment of booking and are calculated on our servers.
Payment
The full amount is charged at booking through Stripe in IDR. Your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.
Cancellation & changes
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the check-in date with a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the first night; the rest is refunded. Date changes are subject to availability. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. A valid passport or ID is required at arrival, as required by Indonesian law (guest registration).
House rules
Respect neighbours, local customs and ceremonies. No parties or events without written permission. Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. Maximum occupancy per room as shown on the Site. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, volcanic activity, government restrictions, epidemics). In such cases we will offer new dates or a refund.
