Language preference, the intro played once per session, your cookie choice, sign-in for staff, and Stripe's security cookies during payment to prevent fraud. Without them the Site and bookings cannot work, so they don't need consent.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click Accept, we record anonymous visits (pages, device type, language, referring site) with a random session id so we can improve the Site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles.
Third parties
Embedded content such as maps, Google reviews photos or videos may be served from their providers' servers, which can receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
